Your satisfaction is my priority. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds for your purchase from ModaZenith.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I shipped the incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads or software.
Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items (clearly marked as such).
Any product damaged due to customer misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account (timing depends on your bank or payment provider).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products damaged through accident or mishandling after delivery.
Non-returnable items as listed above.
Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error in shipping a wrong or defective item).
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact me directly:
Email me at support@modazenith.mom and include:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item, if it is defective or damaged.
I will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions and the authorized return address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
